Growing up in St. Louis, Missouri, it was a rare occasion that I wasn't at the piano, watching a movie or visiting the record store.

This passion for film and music eventually took me to New York City, where I completed my undergraduate at Fordham University, studied film at King's College London, and later received a degree in film scoring from the Berklee College of Music.

After an apprenticeship with Academy Award-winning film composer Gabriel Yared in Paris, I relocated to Los Angeles, where I’ve since worked as a producer and music supervisor both with production houses and direct-to-client.

As a composer and music supervisor, I've loved the creative challenges that each project presents, whether it be writing a contemporary orchestral cue for an advertisement, supervising the on-set musical aspects of a film shoot, or maneuvering the creative and administrative logistics of music placement.
